Why we exist
Most people approaching 65 inherit a problem they didn't ask for: a Medicare system with four parts, more than a dozen Medigap letters, hundreds of Medicare Advantage plans, and a flood of mail from every carrier in the country. The decisions made in that window can quietly cost or save thousands of dollars a year for the next two decades.
Seniors Insurance Hub was built so the people facing those decisions don't have to face them alone. We're independent, which means we work for you, not for one carrier. We're education-first, which means the goal of our first conversation is for you to understand your options, not for you to sign something.
And we're here every year, not just at enrollment. Plans change, networks change, drug formularies change. We re-shop your coverage every fall during the Annual Enrollment Period so what fit last year still fits this year.

Education before enrollment
We explain Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D in plain English. You understand the trade-offs before you sign anything.
Annual policy reviews
Every fall during AEP we revisit your plan against what's available for the coming year. If something better fits, we move you.
Claims and paperwork help
When a Medicare letter doesn't make sense or a claim gets denied, we're the call you make. That doesn't end when the application is signed.
